20230108123025 IMG 7194 (1) A Turnstone on the shore of Booterstown Marsh in Dublin. It was a bright sunny day, I sat with my back to the sun and managed to put the sun behind a wall to diffuse some of the harsh light. I sat quietly on the rocks for over an hour and waited for some shorebirds to fly in and the patience paid off. Taken 8th of January 2023 using my Canon EOS 850D DSLR and my Sigma 150 - 600mm telephoto lens.

One morning I decided to go down with my camera and get some shots of them while they were close. I used a 70-200mm Lens I really enjoy taking photos of animals and my portfolio mainly comprises of wildlife. I adore doing portraits of animals.

As I was taken the photo, a plane flew crossed the crescent of the moon, I checked the Flightradar24 APP on my phone and it was a Virgin Atlantic Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner flying from Austin to London. Redshank Booterstown Sunday 8th January 2023, I sat on the rocks on the shore of Booterstown Beach in Dublin for over an hour until some shorebirds flew in. This is a Redshank combing through the seaweed and stones feeding while I sat back with the camera snapping. The sky was clear and the sun was very strong.
