Rapeseed-2 On our way home from Cork on Sunday, 4 of us decided that we would detour via Carlow to photograph something that has been on my wish list for quite some time - "The Lonely Tree, Carlow". This has to be the most photographed tree in Ireland as I have seen numerous versions of this image captured in all seasons. So we thought it was a matter of banking this image to add to our collection. What we didn't expect was a little surprise on our arrival. Due to the "sunny storms" a rainbow appeared directly above the tree and this was the result . . . Keywords: Rosscarberry

What are you looking at I was sitting on a tree stump at 5 in the morning on the Gili Islands in Indonesia 4 months ago watching the sun rise. It was late August and we were just about to start back at school but we decided to go to the beach and use the little remaining time of summer we had left.
