Participants, race volunteers and families with Lord Mayor Cllr Deirdre Forde and Mayor of the County of Cork Cllr Danny Collins on the Sonia O'Sullivan track at UCC Mardyke Arena (Track) on Thursday 27th April 2023. The Special Sports Event (a new addition to the Cork Primary Schools Sports) in association with Cork Sports Partnership saw approximately 50 primary school children compete in track events.
