The 'Owenbue Rambler' steam engine departs Mitchelstown on Thursday afternoon en route to Rathcormac. Twelve steam engines are making a journey of approx 250km from Naas, Co Kildare to Innishannon, Co Cork to attend the Innishannon Steam and Vintage Rally this June Bank Holiday weekend. Members of the Irish Steam Engine Owners Association departed Naas, Co Kildare on Saturday and are due in Innishannon on Friday 3rd June 2022, as a fundraiser for The Irish Wheelchair Association.
