 Taoufik Hammami has the food outlet ready to begin trading soon. BUSINESS will be FLYING......Fly Coffee will open at Lapp's Quay Cork City on 1st April 2022. Established by Taoufik Hammami of Cork Sultan Delight the new venue will bring tastes from Tunisia, Morocco and Lebanon to the quayside location. Cork Sultan Delight will continue at MacCurtain Street and at the Ballincollig market on Wednesdays and at Blackrock Village on Sunday mornings, and at events and festivals around the county. During Covid restrictions Taoufik served pizza and food from a 'pop-up' location at Charlie Murphy's Service Station, Blackrock Road. Pic: Larry Cummins.
