Saturday was the first day of five scheduled lifts of five sections of roof to cover the new main stand at the Pairc Ui Chaoimh. Each day Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday a 60 tonne section of roof is planned to be lifted into position to complete half of the roof. The second half of the roof is due to be added in the New Year.
