'SimoTech launches Headquarters in Cork and announces 30 new engineering jobs
Irish-owned automation engineering company, SimoTech creates 30 highly skilled new jobs
Michael McGrath TD officially opened SimoTech’s new headquarters in Cork on Friday 20th October, announcing the creation of 30 specialist engineering roles in automation, IT and validation. 
Speaking at the office opening, Michael McGrath TD said, “I am delighted to be here to support the launch of SimoTechs’s new offices and to announce that SimoTech have already begun recruiting for 30 new positions which will be filled over the next 2 years. SimoTech is a great example of the type of high tech growth potential for business in the area of science and engineering to support the ongoing expansion of the Biotechnology sector.
SimoTech which was founded by owner and Managing Director Pat Desmond in 2011, has already achieved an average growth of 70% year on year.'
