Dónal Lunny, legendary traditional musician, (centre) who was presented with a lifetime achievement award at De Barra's, Clonakilty, by Aengus Finnan, executive director, Folk Alliance International which is based in Kansas City, (left) and Ray Blackwell, manager, De Barra's & Clonakilty International Guitar Festival. The presentation took place during The ExChange, the inaugural European folk music conference, a partnership between Folk Alliance and the Clonakilty International Guitar Festival which was held in West Cork and based in Clonakilty. The Guitar Festival continues until Sept. 24th. in Clonakilty.
