This picture was taken on Tuesday evening May 16 th 2017 by Howard Kerr.
The area in the photograph is located just outside my house in Crinion Park Wicklow Town.
The dog in question called TQ is owned by my sister Martine who gave me permission to
include the said pet in this picture.
Mister Dennis Lambert also kindly interrupted his busy schedule as guide dog secretary to have his picture taken.
