At the presentation of two cheques, each of E14,770, the proceeds of a series of fund raising concerts lead by Glen Hansard in memory of Interference frontman Fergus O'Farrell, which were held in Cork Opera House and Vicar Street, Camilla Griehsel presented a cheque on behalf of the band Interference to Anne-Maria O'Connor of Brú Columbanus and James OLeary of Interference presented a cheque to Roisín Walsh, clinical nurse manager, Schull Community Hospital. Also included are members of the O'Farrell family; Interference; Michael Collins, T.D., chairperson, Friends of Schull Community Hospital; Eileen Gleeson, Cork Opera House, and Edel Curtin, Coughlan's Promotions.
