A public notice attached to a pole on John Redmond Street on the northside of Cork, erected by McGinty O'Shea, working on behalf of Irish Water. The sign details lane closures to facilitate works on the Cork City Water Mains Rehabilitation Project from 4th January to 5th February but someone has added the words "WORK AWAY BOYS. WE'RE STILL NOT PAYING!!"
