Sinn Fein Councillor Maurice Quinlivan fills water bottles for Winnie O'Donoghue and her daughter Lily Mai Ryan, Residents of Kileely, Limerick City who queue to get water from St Munchin's Community Centre after they were advised not to drink tap water due higher than statutory limits of lead in the water.
