15th July 2014... Cork musician Pete Duffy, presenting a copy of his new song Children of Mother Jones to cllr Nicholas O'Keeffe, deputising for the Lord Mayor . The ballad will be performed on Thursday July 31st at the Maldron Hotel, Shandon during the Spirit of Mother Jones festival, with Muddy Lee and The Cork Shawlies. This is a Douglas writers commemoratiove project for the Spirit of Mother Jones festival
