Lt. Col. Sean Cosden, U.S. Air Force and Defence Attaché to the American Embassy, unveiling a memorial at Whiddy Island, Co. Cork, at the Walford August Anderson Commemoration Day. Walfod August Anderson, U.S. Naval Air Service, lost his life when the plane crashed when returning to its Whiddy Island base. Another member of the Service, Neil Kemp, survived the crash.
