Performing on the night will be;Karen UnderwoodGMCOphelia RCCG Inspiration HouseNiamh Byrne & Christine Cusack (UCC music students)TRIGGERYouth Work Ireland Cork Music Group ,Circles(Sound Out) and other guests.Mind Your Head MUSIC EVENT. This event is about celebrating and promoting positive mental health and it aims to highlight how important it is for young people to get involved in their community. Youth Work Ireland Cork has chosen music as a means of communicating the message of the importance of participating and finding ways to express oneself through music, art, writing and talking. Mental Health and Community Information on services for young people will be available on the night.The Health Action Zone project/HSE and Shine a Light Suicide & Mental Health Awareness are supporting the event.Console, Aware, Cois Ceim, Pieta House, Samaritans, 1 Life Suicidesupport helpline will also be hosting information stands on the night to promote their services. There will also be one to one support available if someone is in need of support.Entrance FEE EURO 3 - All welcome. Tickets available on the door or from Youth Work Ireland Cork at 021 4399862.
